About project
Two plots have been combined to create a unified space, where an old, dilapidated building—formerly a protected cultural monument—has been meticulously and thoughtfully reconstructed. The revitalized historic building now serves a new purpose alongside a contemporary structure, forming an urban symbiosis as a downtown hotel.
INSPIRATION
The glass facade captures and reflects the dynamic urban environment, creating a striking visual interplay between the building and its surroundings.
